Growing up in Kansas City—the BBQ capital of the world—Matt developed a passion for bold flavors, slow cooking, and bringing people together over great food. What began as a signature recipe shared with family and friends quickly became something everyone requested at gatherings.

Today, every batch of Matt’s Original is still roasted in small batches, packed by hand in Arizona, and made with the same BBQ-inspired attention to flavor that started it all.
