Matt Elwood comes from the BBQ capital of the world, Kansas City. He grew up in a family that valued high quality BBQ, attended and participated in the famed American Royal BBQ competition, perfecting his skills over many years.

Matt has taken his BBQing and smoking seriously for a long time.  Now in Arizona, he has brought his wonderful varieties of meats and smoked dishes to a whole new audience.  He has catered events and shared his amazing talents with many lucky folks.

In recent years, Matt started experimenting with a smoked mixed nut product that has resulted in some of his best reviews he’s ever received.  Hence the launch of Matt’s Nutts.
